Long Beach shooting injures 7, 4 critically wounded, police say

At least seven people were shot, leaving four people critically injured, in Long Beach, California on Saturday night.
The shooting happened around 11:15 p.m. near South Street and Paramount Boulevard in the northeastern part of the city, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
Three victims reported non-life threatening injuries. The victims, all adult males, either took themselves to the hospital or were transported by the Long Beach Fire Department.
The suspects fled the scene prior to LBPD arriving on scene, according to the department. The department believes the shooting was gang-related and that there are at least two suspects.
The investigation is ongoing.
