Jennifer Aniston is any TV actor's dream costar.
Why you ask? The Friends alum doesn't tolerate any bulls--t behavior on set.
"There's a no a--hole policy," The Morning Show star—and 2024 Emmy nominee—exclusively told E! News' Laverne Cox of her AppleTV+ crew's agenda on the 2024 Emmy Awards red carpet in at the Peacock Theater at L.A. Live Sept. 15. "No room for that." (Watch E! News Monday, Sept. 16, at 11 p.m. for more exclusive Emmys interviews.)
That's a value Aniston shares with her costar Reese Witherspoon, as the two have worked their way up to A-list status after decades of working in Hollywood.
"We've grown up together," the 55-year-old gushed. "We were kids together and now we're grown ups together. And being able to produce the show with her, I couldn't ask for a better partner. And we have a beautiful team that we collaborate with and it's just a wonderful group of people." (See the full list of 2024 Emmys winners here.)
Plus, fighting for better working conditions for women is a value Aniston shares with her TV character, new anchor Alex Levy.
"Years later, she's still fighting the fights," the Emmy winner reflected. "And I kind of imagine that's the way it is."
But even after years of success, the actress still knows women's rights have a long way to go.
"That doesn't mean anything," she commented. "We're still having to fight for things you want to do. But it keeps it exciting and it keeps you humble and it keeps me motivated."
